good and serious laws allowing the transformation of the private

the property: US$1,800,000 (One million and eight hundred
thousand dollars).
ü The farm is
under the process of a CCIR – Rural Property Registration
Certification – Federal Law nº 10.267/2001, regulated by de
Decree nº 4.449, de 30.10.2002. This process takes around 180
days for the conclusion where the property would be transfered
to the buyer’s company.

Due to this
process I am offering this following conditions:

Down payment of
US$ 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand dollars) for buying
guarantee and the remaining amount between 100 and 180 days
after.

operations details with my notarized signature in Brazil and

Joint Venture
contract between my company and the buyer’s in order to legally
justify the tax agency the capital transfer from the buyer’s country
to Brazil (To me it is not necessary since I can justify my capital
gain with the contract and the transfer the property’s deed).

Life insurance by natural death or accident with the down payment
value – US$200,000.00 (two hundred thousand dollars) as a buying
warranty. It Will preserve the
investor’s capital.

Report
Wild land with a minimum
of 30m³ of wood by hectare. The region is high, not a common flood
area. A farm without any plantation and documented (deed and
registration in a deed office).
What is the average
temperature of the farm’s surroundings?
A. The region surroundings
the farm as well more than 14.45% of the North region is hot. The
minimum temperature is never below 24ºC and the maximum is never
above 38ºC. The heat sensation is constant during the year,
specially the period between September and December, where
temperatures are superior to 35ºC. However rarely reaches 40ºC. The
annual average is around 28ºC.
The yearly precipitation
at the farm is around 2250mm and the humidity is 80%.
Is the land for cattle,
swamps or forest?
A. Most of the land is a
dense rain forest and regurlar forest.
Is there any building
at the farm?
A. No! Just wild forest
and no agricultural fields.
Is there a road
available in order to reach the farm. Is it possible to drive to the
property?
A. At this moment no. It
is possible to reach the land via “Igarapé do Índio” (a river that
goes along the property). Around two hours using a small motorized
boat.
Geomorphologic data
A. 1. Yellow Latossolo

eutrophic yellow
3. Plintossolo.
Textured soil with a
saturation rate above 50%. The soil is moderately drained and low
depth. In general low activity clay.
The soil is apropriated
for agricultural purposes with a good nutrients reservation and low
Aluminum amounts.

activity at the region is meat production due to the vast area for
